Complex and specific requirements mean that the usual approach is to contract a trusted space engineering services company to deliver a custom-made, turnkey software solution. But this means reinventing the wheel and rebuilding (plus validating) from scratch each time – wasting millions of dollars of taxpayer money and adding risks of delays or budget overruns.

It is open, well-documented, exposes standard APIs, and can even be deployed and managed by a third party. Today’s space programs are compounding in complexity with multiple satellite platforms, many assets, various orbits, and several payloads to deliver different missions for different customers. This translates into impossible requirements for the ground segment and operations software. Traditionally, the only possible approach was through costly duplication of systems and fragmented operations, which is not a sustainable, long-term solution anymore.

From an organisation point of view, we have put in place robust cyber and physical security processes compliant to ISO-27001 running through an experienced ISMS team and regular security reviews.
From a technical point of view, we offer various cloud-native deployment options to fit your compliance requirements, as well as robust security features built into the platform itself, including authentication, encryption, granular permissions and access control, and other enterprise-grade security systems.
